Biography

Jeff Dull graduated from Lakeland High School in May of 1980 and continued his education at Central Missouri State University where he graduated with honors in May of 1984 receiving degrees in Finance and Management. Mr. Dull received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in May of 1987 and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in October of 1987. 

Mr. Dull began his practice in Osceola, Missouri, where he handled a wide variety of cases, including personal injury, criminal, domestic, probate, workers’ compensation, and social security disability cases and claims. In 1995 Mr. Dull opened an office in Windsor, Missouri and in 2003 an additional office was established in Clinton, Missouri.   In 2018 Dull & Heany opened a third office in Sedalia, Missouri.   

In the past several years Mr. Dull has focused his practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, workers’ compensation claims, complex civil and probate matters, and social security disability claims. Mr. Dull has handled hundreds of cases in these areas of the law and finds great satisfaction in assisting clients who have sustained serious injuries and disabilities. Mr. Dull has handled several cases where he has obtained judgments or settlements for seriously injured clients in excess of a million dollars.   
 
For more than 20 years, Mr. Dull has received a rating of BV Distinguished under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review system and in 2023 he received a rating of AV Preeminent which is the highest peer review rating issued. He is also a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. In 2019 he was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 100 Civil Plaintiff’s Lawyer” and in 2020 as a “Top 25 Attorney in Motor Vehicle Accident Cases”. 

Jeff lives on a family farm with his wife Stephanie where they raised their 3 sons and where they operate a small cattle operation and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the country.  Over the years, Jeff has been active in community affairs serving as President of a local school board, President of a local hospital board, and served on the Board of Directors for a local bank.
